HONG KONG — Public relations firm, Golin has extended Hong Kong MD Jane Morgan’s remit to include a newly-created role overseeing client services for the Asia-Pacific region.

In this role she will work with account teams across the region to ensure the firm is delivering best in class work to clients. Among her first tasks is aimed at giving Golin’s biggest Asia clients exclusive opportunities and experiences through a new leadership programme.

Morgan will remain Hong Kong MD and continue to report to Golin Asia-Pacific president Darren Burns. “Jane is perfectly suited to this new role given her record as an innovator in the region around talent, DEI and mental health, and her ability to create high performing teams in the region that deliver excellent results for clients,” he said. “Jane has a great vision for the role that will deliver enhanced value for clients but also, importantly, support the development of our client leaders.”

Morgan joined Golin as Hong Kong MD in 2016 after senior roles at Ketchum and Edelman. “Client expectations have changed and we need to respond accordingly by refreshing not only our offers and services, but our entire approach to client support systems, as their needs change and their challenges evolve,” she said.
